What happens to the property of male Hindu dying intestate
A men Hindu passing away intestate (without creating a Will) – the Property of the said Hindu goes according to the conditions created in Hindu Succession Act, 1956 to the following:

 son of a predeceased son;
 little girl of a predeceased son;
 son of a predeceased daughter;
 little girl of a dead daughter;
 widow of a predeceased son;
 son of a predeceased son of a predeceased son;
 little girl of a predeceased son of a predeceased son;
 widow of a predeceased son of a predeceased son
