Life is a birth given by the almighty to any of the living creatures on this holy earth i.e. Human beings, animals, micro & macro organism etc. Life is considered to be one of the greatest and the purest form of the gift given by the god. God has given life and it does not discriminate upon any race, caste, sex, religion, scheduled caste and scheduled tribes it consists of various challenges which satisfies a person’s desires and on the other hand it also consists of destruction which gives sufferings to a person in his life i.e. the setbacks or the drawbacks.
So life being the greatest and the purest form of the gift given by the god, a person should always endeavour to overcome the weakness inherent in him by every possible means rather than achieving the goals and objectives set forth by him in his life. For eg: if a person has a particular form of dyslexia (reading, writing, walking, talking etc) inherent from his childhood then he should always overcome such difficulties in life rather than achieving his desires in life set forth by him i.e. of becoming a scientist, a professor etc.
By no means can a person only endeavour to overcome these troublesome situations in life because these weaknesses are naturally inherent in a person and it takes years long to come out of such situations. The god has given life to us and it has various phases, during kinder age the life teaches us something, during adulthood it tries to say something and the life keeps on revolving so on...
If any creature has a life in it then it is assumed that such creature has attained a birth and any creature if it has attained birth then it must also be carrying basic human rights. Such human rights are inalienable (i.e it cannot be given away). Such basic human rights are enshrined under article 21 of the constitution of India. this rights is also bestowed and enjoyed by the physically challenged person.
Basic human rights enshrined under article 21 of the constitution of India includes right to life, right to life also includes right to die as per their own will, right to free movement and right to liberty. On a broader perspective right to life also deals with right to privacy which is enshrined under article 14, 15 & 19 of the constitution of India. Article 14, 15 & 19 under the constitution of India i.e. right to privacy violates section 377 of the IPC 1860 which deals with the offence for the unnatural sexual intercourse with the human beings, animals etc. the court in it’s recent judgement in the year 2018 have decriminalized homosexuality, highlighted under section 377 of the Indian penal code 1860.
The constitution of India serves various fundamental rights i.e. right to birth, right to livelihood, right to shelter, right to preach any religion, right to education, right to profession etc. It also envisages fundamental freedom i.e freedom of association, freedom to reside in any part of the territory of India, but also the fundamental duties to be abide by all the living creatures on this earth, for eg: duty to keep the environment safe and secure from all the hazardous so that the problem of global warming can be highlighted at the national level and appropriate steps can be taken by the authority appointed by the government.
The directive principles of state policy castes a responsibility on the state government that the fundamental rights, and fundamental duties are in no way affected by any of the means. There should be peaceful settlement of dispute between the person’s and the state should try to maintain unity, harmony among all the human being living on this vicious earth and recognise the beauty on it.
