Superior of the superiors

The Golden gift created by GOD was human. God must have thought that HE is making the superior being but must not have thought of the ugly competition that would occur when there numbers would cross the drastic limit which would lead to the competition of the Superior of the superiors. As we know humans are the superior beings of the Earth and they lived to the expectation of filling completely the Mother Earth. But these superiors had a very heinous competition which actually leads into a violation of human’s rights.

The question which we all ask to know that what are human rights? And typically in very sophisticated manner we explain the meaning or define the terms individually. But in today’s world the question should be changed that who are humans? What are these “Rights”?

Humans are those who allow the other human to act according to their free will & accept them in a very loving manner. Humans are those who do not dominate others in order to fulfill their unethical and immoral means.

And “Rights”, it means ‘Freedom’ to do any thing any way but not in an unethical and illegal way and according to dictionary “Right” means justified or morally good (an action).

There are various human rights of which some are freedom of speech, the right to life, freedom of expression, right to hold assembly, freedom of employment, freedom to have education. Some of the most highlighted points which need to be looked upon very urgently are the prisoner’s right, gender equality, protection of children’s, protection to women’s. Each human right can be looked with a different perspective, which may result into a new way to violate any human’s right. Thus answers the most popular question that the Human Right is a National and an International issue.

Problems: The human right violation is the mother of all the crimes or we can say that it is the base of al the crimes so it is very important and on very urgent basis it is required to be bring a common solution to it. Human Right violation causes sever aggression and gives birth to the most notorious crime of the world, for example: LTTE, Terrorism, (the new) Saffron Terrorism.

Cause: Actually when human rights are violated repeatedly for many years it leads into huge notorious and heinous crimes. Another cause is that some bunch of humans tries to dominate others through their way of thinking and their own set of rules and regulations some in their own homes, some in their nations and some tries to dominate the whole world by using race, color, religion, caste, money, gender bias, inequality, hatred as their instruments thus trying to inculcate and develop a new pattern of hatred, and merciless behavior amongst the people. All this end results into destruction and gruesome killing of humanity and thus giving birth to a new highly notorious crime. The most widely used instrument is feeling of hate as it leads to merciless behavior of the human being, which ultimately branches into discrimination and beast behavior at times for e.g.; prison torture, various discriminations, child trafficking, crimes against women’s etc.

Solutions: Thank God we have Law as it treats everybody equal, fair and just. Law is supreme and thus such crimes fail to create their homes into the minds of the people and encourage them to spread courage and peace amongst the people.

We have many common and made specific legislations to protect Human Rights like Universal declaration of Human Rights, Human Rights Act, 1993 ( India), Human Rights Act, 1998 (UK), and various International Conventions to which nearly all countries are parties.

These legislations and conventions are good and helpful but only if they are invoked but many of the human rights goes unnoticed due to high level of corruptions and ignored by people themselves and lack of humanity and love for each other but the most pity thing is that people do not known their own rights are being violated for e.g.; rights of workers, rights of poor community.

Thus along with the legislations and strong Law system at National and International Level we need more solutions such as:
Awareness of human rights through huge number of programmes
To inculcate humanity and loving kindness amongst the people for each other.
To inculcate humanism and loving kindness in their attitude, their behavior, specially youngsters and children’s.
Eradication of castesim, discrimination on the basis of religions and color.
Eradication of unethical customs.
To include teachings of peace and humanity in the syllabus as a compulsory subject.

Conclusion: We all know that there are various rights of a human and all of them are violated some at their employment place, some in the society, some at their educational institutions and some at their very homes. The greatest sarcasm of human right is that humans only violate other human’s right. Because some think that their thinking, body, skin, and every thing related to them is superior and they think that others are inferior. It is just that some group of humans wanted to dominate other group of humans. The most hilarious behavior is that even after belonging to one race we differentiate amongst ourselves and treat each other as inferior. Some do it at individual level but some do it at national levels, some play their dirty mind of politics and violate the basic human rights in the name of the nations or to protect their rights but they violate the rights of some innocent people.

To end this competition of Superior of the superiors, the main cause of this human right violation is the thinking format of people, it is very necessary for all of us to unite and face the challenge of changing this pattern of thinking of people, and this would help us to eradicate the hatred, merciless behavior of the people. Thus we build a new society were we all preach humanity and compete with each other but in a humanitarian way.
