The crime committed by others and observed by others is a natural phenomenon in the criminal procedure but what if the witness only has committed the crime for which he is the witness. This certainly creates a lot of pressure on what actual law could be codified on such criminal matters. Thus the conflict of whether Narco Analysis should be blended with the Indian Constitution, 1950 (Article 20(3)) is still on its move.
