I always consider the Section 498A as an Act passed which is only to be call as a "One sided policy of Legal Terrorism"..Whereas on one hand Indian Constitution and Indian Law talks about equal rights for all irrespective of the caste,creed,community,religion and gender but for years the Law is been misused on the basis of genders..Without any proper evidences the Sec 498A lead to arrest and harrasments.Beside when there arised a huge cry for rectifying or amend the gender bias discriminations that prevails in the Indian Legal Systems why not the Legal experts and the Indian govt's Law Ministry seriously working over these matters (Apart from the Sec 498 A there are many such other one-eyed illogical laws that only focuses on giving extra privileges on gender basis only which is against the word which we read in political science/civics text books from our schooldays about Equality and Equal rights and Non-Discriminations among its citizens on any ground by law.Unless and until any proper law that treats all equal while exercising it among people public all over the nation will surely to loose their faith and trust in Indian Legal Systems and will  regard the Law as a matter of gender basis judicial  farce only..
